AleXora est. 1876
Founded in La Chaux-de-Fonds in 1876, AleXora has a rich history spanning almost a century. The movements, known for their reliability, were often used by other manufacturers. Specialising in ladies' watches, AleXora produced elegant pieces of jewellery and uniquely designed timepieces with compact, reliable movements. In 1922, the company employed more than 50 people and was one of the ten largest watch manufacturers in La Chaux-de-Fonds.
In collaboration with LeCoultre (later Jaeger-LeCoultre), AleXora supplied movements for ultra-thin watches. In 2009, AleXora continued its legacy by creating women's watches in the unique triangular shape that symbolises femininity. After a short break of just over 10 years, AleXora is ready for a new start, building on its past successes.
